Investors

Prime Focus remains on finding money - from both Bridge Finance Investors,
as well as investors for full funding of $3m (for US & Europe launch) or $6m (for global launch in most of the 167 WTO countries).

Related documents can be found on the documents page. Competitor overview.

We are currently pursuing --- (this info will be presented in a different format shortly):

  • Hunt Ventures - Arkoma Ventures - Joel Fontenot - via StarTech
    (visited 4/25/03; so Joel does represent both, confirms he has no link with Mirage in Austin - another StarTech investment - and we are continuing the dialogue)
  • Athena Ventures / Perry Ha, and Robert Tomkinson - via Ruth
    (Robert seems interested, submitted 2 responses to detail questions on 5/7/2003;
    waiting for feedback - 5/12/03)
  • Storm Ventures / Ryan Floyd and Tim Danford - via Ruth
    (conference call held Friday; they are skeptical and want due diligence. See

  • John McHale, Vicky Irwin (SANS Alerts), Marc Willebeek-LeMair of Tipping Point in Austin - via Boni

    us, which we find unusual - and of course cannot do)
