We review your current plans, free of charge, and provide you with our assessment.

Services:

MTM writes the business plan, financial plans and forecasts, establishes requirements needed for successful capital raising, helps recruit the critical personnel needed for the management team, writes the prospectus and supporting material, solicits investors, funds, and other capital sources, and leads negotiations with investors.

Appointment:

As your appointed Financial Advisor, you pay MTM:

• an engagement fee of $10,000,
• a monthly advisory fee of $5,000,
• upon successful fund raising, a cash fee of 7.5% for the first $0 - $1,000,000 in capital raised, and 5% for the amount raised in excess of this amount
• warrants to purchase securities issued in the transaction equal to ratably adjusted: 1.5% for the first $0- $1,000,000 and an additional 2% for $1,000,000,01 to $3,000,000 of funds raised.
